April, 2019. Was able to get me in the day I called. Accurately diagnosed my issue and fixed it at a reasonable price. Was also able to service and inspect my car. Gary was my service advisor and especially helpfull and is someone you can trust.

I took my BMW in this morning for a service light that had popped up. Apparently, BMW forgot to reset the brake mileage counter. In the process, however, the shop did a 50+ point inspection (at no cost) on my car while I was at work and took detailed pictures of everything they looked at. Gary from the shop then called and explained everything in detail and made some well thought out suggestions of things I may need to think about doing in the future as well as provided me with quotes. I had knots in my stomach about taking my car somewhere other than a BMW dealership, but these guys are legit and very fair on price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This place is great. For a young woman that does not have a father around to help with vehicle mishaps and whatnot--anytime I would step into an auto service center, I would be riddled with anxiety. My first time there, the guys said that would treat my car as if it was their own daughter's. I am not sure why, by that really stuck with me.
To give you a real depiction of how honest they are, please read this recent interaction: I had a flat and when to the place closest(Not R&R) to where I was at that moment, they service guys walked in and told me that I needed new brakes, that mine were dangerous and they could do it that day...this happened to be only 2 months after I took my car to R&R for some cooling system issues. Rick and Ray's is so outstanding that they always do a full diagnostic inspection when I have issues, so I called them frantic, thinking my brakes were bad and/or not safe. I spoke to Jaime and he took the time to talk to me about my last diagnostic, discuss how many miles I have driven since and assure me that there was no way my brakes needed to be done. And, honestly...that would have been an easy sell for them. Jaime could have easily lied and told me I was ready for new brakes to make the sale...but he didn't, he told me with my driving habits, I was fine until at least mid-summer.
Even today, I had my oil changed and they probably could have sold me something major to my car...but the fact is that they are honest guys, and are not in the business of taking advantage of unknowing car owners. I always leave happy, I trust that if they tell me it is time for something, and they are the only ones allowed to work on my car.
Best auto repair service I've ever received. They are quick, and communicate through multiple mediums throughout the entire process. Gary was awesome at delivery and explaining everything thing that was performed and why they recommended future repairs. It's hard to find a good trust worthy mechanic and after my previous mechanic of over 15 years closed shop and retired I figured it would take some time to find someone o trusted as much, but I found the perfect mechanic and will use these guys as long as they continue giving such great service!!
